This home is built from raw land (land#1), or a land with just utilities on it(land#2) by our professional contractors team, and is built out of the material of your choosing.

This home is complete with roofing, a fire place (optional), our special fans(optional), complete roof gutter system, and utilities (if utilities aren't provided).

Total price for raw land build is $40,000, and total price for already installed utilities on blank land is $30,000. Anything past 3,000sqft width is an extra $10,000 onto every 500sqft in width. ⚠️CANNOT EXCEED 6,000SQFT, THE SIZE OF YOUR LAND, OR 4 STORIES!!⚠️

We do not build on less than 0.24 acres unless it's a shed, then please see the shed products.

Prices are for payments of every TWO MONTHS. Billing cycle starts 60days after building of structure begins, and building of structure is complete after 4months maximum.
